- Basically I can't log into Uplay. When I try to log into the downloaded app, it says this exactly: "If this is your first time using Uplay on this computer you need to log in online at least once before using offline mode." And then two options: "Try again" and "Shutdown".

- 20.01.2017 · I've been out of the country and not logged into Steam for a couple of months. When I got back I couldn't get logged into Uplay. So I changed the password, and Uplay told me I had changed my password and took me to another log in screen. Still wrong password. The kicker is you can't get into Uplays support unless you are logged in.
