- I downloaded the Android Uverse app on my phone and tablet. I wasn't able to log on either device, repeatedly receiving a failure message. The user name/password were correct (able to log into att.com and uverse.com).

- The att uverse app will not let me log in. I've tried using my email and member id and neither will work. I've also tried re-installing the app, changing my ID, and changing my password and it still tells me that my credentials are invalid or that i need to use my member id (but when i do it says my log in is invalid).

- Re: Can't login to Uverse App. The most Common cause is not using member ID which can be very different from what you normally use to log in into your acc (like access ID or pseudonym). If you are sure member ID is used, try reinstalling the app or change password for your account (which can help fix some synchronization issues without the need to call tech support).
