- 7/10/2015 · I went to sign into Cortana. It asked me to first sign into my Microsoft account. I went to sign in and it said wrong password. I must have forgot my password so I hit forgot my password. It let me create a new password. Now I go to sign into Cortana and it asks for my password. I put the new one in that I just created and hit enter.
