After clicking on "Sign In" at the top of the "Norton Security" window, a new window opens saying "Communicating with the Norton server", tries for about 2 minutes to connect, then says "Cannot connect to the Norton server" and below that "Unable to contact the Norton Server.

The issue is resolved (locally only) on my laptop.

- On the Microsoft Community, one person has posted that first trying to sign into the Edge extension whilst in Safe Mode with Networking before restarting in normal mode and retrying the sign-in, will then bring up the option to sign into your Norton account and it will then take you successfully to your vault sign-in.
