    Dec 04, 2018 · Ergo, because you need a Windows account to sign in to Sticky Notes (as it is not an Office product, so an O365 account is irrelevant), the domain account won't work under any circumstances. I haven't tested this, but I suspect I could create a Windows account solely for the purpose of syncing my Sticky Notes.
