- Hi all, I have seen this problem before on the forumn but not how it has been solved before. I am stuck because I can log into my comcast account but when I go to log into my account I am unable to get into and it pops up by saying "unabale to log you in to my account at this time" this has been like this ever since I became a new customer 3 days ago.

- when I try to get comcast home page it is covered by pop up adds so I can't even see it. when I try to get my email can't read it or send or reply this is because of Google Chrome or some recent changes to my computer through them and xfinity. if it is not resolved I will have to make other arrangements.

I CAN get into it using any of my old computers with Vista, just not my newer laptop with W8. I can also get into my email on the new laptop with Chrome, which makes me think its a W8 issue.

- When using Preferences to change the email to Xfinity Lite you loose certain valuable features available in the full verfsiion. This may work for some but I enjoy attaching photos in some emails and having them show in he message boz along with a message. It's a shame that two multi-national companys can't get their act straight.
