    29.08.2011 · I haven't seen this before.. but in my test environment i have 2 DC's(both are virtual) and before i shutdown i used to replicate using repadmin/syncall ,make sure no errors are reported and only then i start the sutdown process.. In my case, no matter which one i shutdown, it takes equal amount of time to bring the windows logon screen.,
