    It all depends on what APC you've been migrated into. You should be able to go to https://andrews.mail.us.af.mil/owa/ and if you aren't in the Andrews APC, it should re-direct you to the correct APC. Also, if you are using a USAF laptop joined to the AFNET, you will have E-mail access via Outlook as long as you have internet connectivity.
