- 09/08/2016 · but updated to windows 10 and lost the camera. Says its not on or connected and when I look for the camera device there is no camera (even searched for it and downloaded camera drivers from HP and windows and still did not work for me and ran with and without the compatibility box checked) Feels like ive done everything but not sure yet.
