    I would like to disable the parental controls. It seems that this is only possible with the Genie App. While I can log into the router in the web interface, whenever I try to do something in Genie App it says login failed, or just spins.     I can't login to Android Genie app. The genie website works fine on my phone. But for some reason, with the app, I can't login to genie. When I enter my default user and password on the apo, it just says "connect to your routers wifi" and then it loops back to the login page.

    I can't also use the Genie app as my router is no longer supported, asked me to install the Nighthawk app. There are no routers no longer supported by the Genie App - what worked before does continue to work.
