- 01/10/2015 · I have a strange issue and can't seem to find anything that points me in the right direction. We have been using Office 365 for about a month now. Using DirSync to sync to our local AD servers. The last couple of users I set up worked fine. Added them in AD, selected the correct UPN, synced to O365, assigned a license, and they were able to log in.
