- I have no problem logging out of and into the directv website. I receive the same message when I attempt to log into the directv app on my iPad. This includes the 3rd party apps (HGTV, Food Network) on iPad and Apple TV and when I attempt to log directly into directv on Apple TV. Again, have no problem logging out of and into directv website.
