A post I saw mentioned checking the "Allow standalone Acrobat deployment with CCE serial" and also to "disable all Adobe services" which includes the "Disable Adobe Sign" Unfortunately, these options didn't work. Within a few minutes of launching, the prompt to sign in appears. What other settings are required to disable the sign in prompt. TOPICS

I ultimately fixed the Adobe Sign In pop-up issue by creating a license file package with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager and applying that after installing the Acrobat DC package. This doesn't seem necessary with the other Creative Cloud products from what I can see. Create the license file package and save it to a location.

Software Deployment : Bypass Adobe ID Sign In?

    https://www.itninja.com/question/bypass-adobe-id-sign-in
The software itself (via SCCM 2012 R2) installs fine however we are stopped when launching either Photoshop or Premiere Elements by a required Adobe ID sign in. The sign in is required otherwise the software is useless after 7 days. We get around this issue in CS6 thanks to AAMEE but it doesn't look good for Elements.
