- Hi I have the same issue. I know I had the eBAy account but eBay log in page is reporting that my log in credentials are not matching and won't send a reset password email. I have email from eBay that prove that account was existing two weeks ago. This is quite frustrating. Has anyone managed to resolve this?

- Please try accessing My eBay at a later time. Thank you. Great, glad to know that it is under review, but what about the items we might be watching, selling, etc.? We are just non-responsive until it is resolved I suppose. Why is this not on the recording when you call? Something to let me know it's not just me.

- 16.06.2010 · I actually never resolved the problem with the old computer i originally had the problem with. I upgraded to a new computer with much more hard drive room and Windows 7 pro, and IE 9. Ebay so far comes in fine now with no problems using IE9. I do not know yet what caused it not to work anymore on the old computer.

- If JBidwatcher starts up with ‘Not logged in…’ and the normal warning about being unable to log in to eBay, then there should be some kind of message that says why it’s not being able to log in. For example, ‘Your sign in information is incorrect’, or something like that.
