- Hi mate, I had the same problem. It seems like it's a problem with the in-app browser of the Hue app. From memory what I did was go to the login page through the Hue app, but instead of logging in directly, click "open in Safari" near the bottom of your screen instead.

I can control my lights but when i go into my account and try to link my bridge to my account, my account never finds my bridge (yes I am pressing the button and tried holding it too.) I can ping my hue bridge from my PC but it does not work on the app or the web. Any suggestions?
