- I am subscribed to DirecTV HBO, and already have an HBO GO id and received email confirmation, but have never been able to sign in to HBO GO on a PC or a mobile device. When trying to sign in with my DirecTV email address/password it redirects to the 'Complete Your HBO GO Signup' page. When I enter my HBO GO id it says 'This GO ID is taken.
