    All users log in with domain credentials. I can't set up Windows Hello under Settings > Sign-in Options because the Fingerprint "Set up" button is grayed out. Presumably this has something to do with the "Some settings are managed by your organization" banner in red at the top. As a result, I can't set up the fingerprint scanner for login.
