- Oct 02, 2015 · I had the same issue. Tried multiple accounts, with multiple password resets. I could log into https://graph.api.smartthings.com just fine, but not the app. It turned out to be special characters in the password tripping up the app. Change your password to something without special characters. This is really a dumb problem to have for the app, and hope someone sees this and resolves it soon.
