Network Account Unavailable - Apple Community

    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7258880
There are 2 things that usually cause this for us: 1) Your Active Directory has set a limit to how long your computers can be away from the server before they have to "check in" again. To solve it, make sure you're plugged into ethernet on the same network as your AD and try again.

Unable to log on to AD domain on Mac

    https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/302288-unable-to-log-on-to-ad-domain-on-mac
The only other reason you might not be able to ping it is as noted (the Firewall might be on) - check the settings in System Preferences > Security & Privacy, Firewall Time has to be synced from the same (NTP) source. Set the Mac back to DHCP and ensure it's pointed at your NTP server in the Date & Time control panel. flag Report
