- 0. I have four student Tenants who are shortly signing a Contract for the year 2019 to 2020 starting in September. They are at present in the same house on their current Contract which will cease at the end of July. When the Contract is signed I normally take a further Deposit for the next years contract... as does the Agent when I use them.
