- I sent an email on 18 November and haven't received a response. I've contacted Tepilo, now Emove by telephone, 3 times in the last week, never being able to speak to Kane Phillips, and on each occasion they confirmed he would phone back. The final time (yesterday) I asked to speak to a manager. I'm still waiting for that call to be returned.

- Having spoken on the phone with a number of Tepilo staff since November 2017, at no point were we advised or it was inferred that the chain was no longer in place, we were advised that there was no progression with the chain during each call. Completely let down by Tepilo. Put on hold all the time when you call up.

- Tepilo should be avoided at all costs. Once they have got you signed in, you won't hear anything from them again and if or when you do eventually make contact with someone or have an opportunity to make a complaint they may make you an offer of a free of charge upgraded package, giving you false hope that this may help to sell your house.
