The fix was to set a setting for UAC in GPO: User Account Control: Turn on Admin Approval Mode = disabled. This worked and the script ran like intended.

    28/11/2010 · we have quite a few scripts generated and thinking of do a bit of management on it. so we've created a new folder under it called test and tries to call it again but it never works. apparently the scripts file that we can use is the one that available under the ...\scripts folder, not its subfolder.
