- Pretty much constant issues with dashboard and server. Only thing that works consistently is the billing system, taking money from your bank account every month. Look elsewhere for a host. Although Vilayer may be cheap, it's not worth the headache. Pay the little extra and save yourself from the pain which is hosting with them.

- Vilayer, is the worse game server company I have ever had the misfortune to contact. After ordering and paying for a virtual server, I never heard from them except for the automated email response. Support emails went unanswered and finally I contacted PayPal and went through the process of recouping my funds.

- Eventually ViLayer shut down the discord and went back to hiding behind a ticket system. Lets speak about the other staff (Of which there is 1) Dylan was, apparently, put in charge of the sponsored accounts. Repeatedly I would butt heads with this "Admin". He would question the community I was part of and the reasons behind my sponsored account.

- Vilayer is a waste of time and money. At first, 3 years ago we were happy with them, even if the ticket answer wasn't what it should be. Since a year but more since summer 2015 they suck, they really suck. Servers unstable, crash, status unknown at least once a week.

- Hardly surprising when last time I looked that page still lists companies that have either ceased trading completely or no longer provide SE servers at all. General review sites rate Vilayer as pretty terrible generally anyway. It's a shame you had to find this out the hard way :/

- Vilayer uses their own control panel that isn't your typical copy-paste panel from other crap hosts. It has all the features that make hosting extremely simple. I was happy to see direct access to the actual console and I was able to setup auto-script/timed commands and recurring events right from the control panel.
