    Re: can't log in to virgin media account. Managed to go through to Virgin Media Fault section. This took quite a while as of course a lot of their call centres overseas are closed but eventually was put through to one that is open in the UK. Lovely and helpful man managed to reset my password.

    The Virgin Mobile suggested / implemented solution was to temporarily set up a second parallel Pay Monthly account (with a different Number) and to promise to monitor / correct this. The eSim for this 2nd a/c works just fine (see my illustration below) but it is not my published mobile number and I don't want the expense of two accounts.
