Try entering your user name (first name) and password. If that doesn’t work, do a 40-second reset, which clears all users, and reverts to default ‘admin’ with no password.

I know they’re correct, but I reset the password anyway, via that page’s Forgot password and also on the my cloud dashboard which I can access with my user name and the same password I’m entering on the web page.
