I can view my files fine from the iPhone app etc I just can't log in and add/change files etc. It happens on both a PC Laptop and an iMac.

- When I open a browser page and go to wd mycloud signin, I'm asked for my email and password. They get rejected. I know they're correct, but I reset the password anyway, via that page's Forgot password and also on the my cloud dashboard which I can access with my user name and the same password I'm entering on the web page.
