- i am aiming to upgrade to 22.04 after the Xubuntu flavor comes out. i am currently running Xubuntu 18.04 LTS and have skipped 20.04 LTS. i have installed many packages on 18.04 and want to install as many of these on 22.04 as i can. the big problem i had with my upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 was that many package names changed. for 18.04 to 22.04.

- I have a 2 monitor setup (M1, M2) After upgrading to Jammy Jellyfish, the login screen only shows up on M2. It used to show up 'correctly' on M1. Now, M1, just shows a grey screen. I have tried to set M1 as the primary display and orient it properly in the Gnome Settings (Screen Display Menu). This works as expected once logged in.

- I'm working through VNC issues as well on Xubuntu, Ubuntu Mate, and Lubuntu 18.04. I think I have it mostly figured out so far for Mate. My only guess I have for you is on the machine were you were getting the blank screen on with the configuration that ships with TigerVNC, was that you were also logged into the local GUI when you started the remote session.
