    Partly solved. The gazebo_ros_planar_move plugin gets the tf_prefix globally (that is, looks for /tf_prefix) while the gazebo_ros_laser plugin looks for the local tf_prefix parameter (i.e. tf_prefix).. While this is not a bug, I guess it would be wonderful to have some kind to standard AND to describe this behavior in the documentation.
